RETURN & REFUND POLICY

WARRANTY POLICY

Johnny's Wax Shop warranty and satisfaction guarantees pending appropriate and reasonable use of products for their intended purpose. Abuse, modification, alterations, or use of any product outside its intended or described purpose can be grounds for denial of warranty claims. All products are covered against manufacturers defects and are not covered for normal wear and tear. Consumable items such as towels and applicators will be covered against defect for their average useful life as defined by Johnny's Wax Shop. Warranty and guarantee apply to the original owner only and are non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required. All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

RETURN, REFUND, OR EXCHANGE

Items returned to Johnny's Wax Shop for warranty or satisfaction claims must be accompanied by a completed Return Authorization Form. To obtain the Form, please contact our team by emailing tod@johnnyswaxshop.com. Items returned without Return Authorization Form or proof of purchase may not be processed.

Customer is entitled to their choice of exchange for like items, refund, or store credit, pending review of the items and reason for return is evaluated by a member of the Johnny's Wax Shop service team. Gift certificates are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
